Our AKTIPRINT SK UV STANDARD DRYER WITH COOLING ZONE is a universal, fixed-position, continuous throughput unit. It is used to cure UV inks, UV adhesives, coatings and solder resists in medium and large format printing applications. The AKTIPRINT SK UV dryer is suitable for use with all commercially available materials such as paper, cardboard, metal, plastics, glass and wood. It is equipped with a cooling zone at the end of the unit to reduce stacking temperatures.
This unit is available with a choice of 1, 2, or 3 UV (Hg) lamps.
The following maximum UV lamp outputs are available:
Up to 130 cm format = max. 120 W/cm
= 140 cm format = max. 100 W/cm
Lamp output can be regulated from 30 to 100%.
ECGs can on request be delivered for a higher lamp power.
The AKTIPRINT SK STANDARD UV DRYER WITH COOLING ZONE is a heavy duty construction and is delivered ready for use. This air-cooled system is equipped with sturdy, focusing aluminum half-shell reflectors, a lamp current display as well as a digital speed display, a control panel on the unit, an operating hour counter, a PTFE conveyor belt, a vacuum suction system, an ozone exhaust system and a high-volume air cooling system with temperature control, light protection shielding on both sides of the lamp housing and stray field transformer(s). The aftercooling zone is equipped with an additional cooling fan. The conveyor belt speed is continuously adjustable from 5 to 35 m/min. In the standard version, material is transported from right to left. Upon request, we can also configure the material transport from left to right.
The following standard sizes are available: 60, 80, 110, 130 and 150 cm. Special format sizes are available upon request.
We offer the following options: quartz plates, a slanted material feed tray, a material input and exit detection system (to save energy), ozone filter, a choice of conveyor belt speeds, conveyor belt extensions, ECGs (electronic ballasts instead of standard transformers) and lamp output of max. 200 W/cm.
The customer is responsible for installation of the required air exhaust system, power supply connection and fusing.
